Terms of use
These terms govern the NP Auditor informational website, operated by Jorge Giovanni López Laveaga. NP Auditor is a closed beta; this page is not a public offer of a generally available commercial service.
1. Scope
NP Auditor explores an additional review layer for AI-assisted work. Its outputs are signals that require human validation; they are not a certification, security guarantee, or substitute for professional review.
2. Beta access
Access is agreed individually and may have additional conditions. This site does not promise availability, support, coverage, or production continuity.
3. Payments
The website does not publish a current commercial plan or process payments. Any future trial or service will require separate terms and consent.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not analyze code without legal authorization.
- Do not present automated signals as confirmed vulnerabilities.
- Do not attempt to compromise or overload the infrastructure.
- Do not submit code, credentials, personal data, or confidential information through public forms.
5. Intellectual property
The NP Auditor brand, content, and undistributed components retain their applicable rights. Public repositories and components are governed by their respective licenses.
6. Limitations
We do not guarantee detection of every vulnerability or the absence of false positives or false negatives. Do not make security, compliance, production, or financial decisions based solely on automated output.
7. Access and changes
We may limit beta access for security, abuse, maintenance, or project changes. These terms may change as the beta evolves.
